Many of you may have had bad experiences at various shops for work on your vehicles. Bad work done - unnecessary work done - additional damage caused by mechanics - etc. I have had it all. But never at RSW. I have been bringing my 335i there for maintenance and repairs for many years - and have only been pleased - not only with the service to my car, but more importantly, with the customer service - from Mike who sets up the appointments and keeps me informed as to the status of the repair, to Jesse who has performed many of the repairs, to John who is so easy to talk to about exactly what is going on and what was performed on with my car, and what may be needed in the future, and to Patrick and Michael whom I have not met, but keep sending thank you e-mails and special coupons.
